Virginia Men's Basketball Team To Play Second Exhibition Game

CHARLOTTESVILLE – The University of Virginia men’s basketball team plays the second and final exhibition game of its preseason practice period on Tuesday (Nov. 18) when the Cavaliers host Coaches vs. Cancer Team Dasani at University Hall. The game is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. and tickets cost $5.

Virginia defeated Big Apple Basketball 104-80 in an exhibition game on November 11 at University Hall. Sophomore forward Derrick Byars made 10-11 shots from the field and scored 25 points to lead the Cavaliers to that victory.

UVa plays its first game of the 2003-04 regular season on Sunday (Nov. 23) when the Cavaliers host Mount St. Mary’s. That game is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.
