ATHENS, Ga. – University of Virginia fourth-year Pete Amstutz (St. Joseph, Mich./St. Joseph) and second-year Andrew Barber (Vienna, Va./Marshall) finished 22nd and 26th, respectively, on the three-meter board at the NCAA Zone B Diving Championships Friday (March 12) at the University of Georgia’s Gabrielsen Natatorium. The two UVa divers wrap up competition at the Zone B meet Saturday on the one-meter board.

Amstutz scored 296.20 points to take 22nd place on the three-meter board. Barber totaled 277.75 points to finish in 26th place in the three-meter competition.

Amstutz is competing in his third and final Zone B Championship, while Barber is making his second appearance in the meet.
