Baseball Team To Offer FREE Youth Clinic

First-year Head Coach Brian O’Connor and the entire 2004 Virginia Baseball teamand coaching staff will be offering a FREE baseball clinic for youth ages kindergartento 8th grade.

The team is off to the best start in school history and is currently ranked #7 in the Collegiate Baseball poll. The clinic will be FREE for all participants and will be held on Sunday, May 23rd at Davenport Field.

Free parking is available in any of the University Hall lots. Registration will startat 1:00 pm, with the clinic taking place from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. The team will alsobe having an open practice from noon until 2:00 pm for any youth interested inwatching.

All youth interested in participating in the clinic will need to complete theregistration form below and bring it to the clinic. The clinic will teach youth avariety of fundamentals in fielding, pitching, and hitting. Each participant should bringa baseball glove. Virginia Baseball will provide all other equipment.
