Virginia Softball Adds Pair Of Doubleheaders

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The University of Virginia softball team has added two doubleheaders to its schedule. The Cavaliers have added a doubleheader at George Washington on Wednesday (April 20), as well as a home doubleheader at The Park on Wednesday, April 27 versus Mount St. Mary’s. Both doubleheaders will begin at 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday’s doubleheader at George Washington is the next competition for Virginia. The doubleheader against Mount St. Mary’s on April 27 is UVa’s next home appearance. Virginia stands at 20-25 overall and is in second place in the Atlantic Coast Conference with a 7-4 record.

After Wednesday’s games at George Washington, the Cavaliers travel to Radford, Va., for a 3:00 p.m. doubleheader at Radford on Thursday (April 21).
