Virginia Softball To Play Only One Game Saturday Against Virginia Tech

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Due to the inclement weather in the Charlottesville area on Saturday (April 30), the University of Virginia softball team will only play one game against Virginia Tech instead of the scheduled doubleheader. The single game Saturday will begin at 2:00 p.m. and a doubleheader will be played on Sunday (May 1) beginning at noon.
The Cavaliers enter the three-game series against Virginia Tech with a 27-29 overall record and a 7-7 mark in the Atlantic Coast Conference. The Hokies stand at 37-18 overall and 3-11 in the conference.
