CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Virginia travels to Seton Hall on Wednesday, Dec. 7 for a 7 p.m. game. WINA Radio (1070 AM) will broadcast the game with Jed Williams on play-by-play and former Cavalier Anna Prillaman on color commentary.
The Pirates, under the tutelage of 21st-year head coach Phyllis Mangina, stand 2-4 after a 54-50 loss to Brigham Young on Dec. 3. Junior forward Monique Blake paces the squad with 11.8 and a team-best 11.8 rpg, while freshman guard Brittney Messina adds 10.0 ppg.
This is the first meeting between Virginia and Seton Hall in the sport of women’s basketball.
