CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – – The University of Virginia baseball team has changed start times for two upcoming home games at Davenport Field at the UVa Baseball Stadium. Virginia has moved its start times with Liberty on Tues., Mar. 21, and Coppin State on Tues., Mar. 28, to 6 p.m. Both games were originally scheduled for 5 p.m.

WINA AM 1070 has announced its Virginia baseball broadcast schedule for the next two weekends. WINA AM 1070 will broadcast the Friday and Saturday games of this weekend’s series with No. 2 Clemson (Mar. 17-18).

WINA will carry the Friday and Saturday games of the Wake Forest series, Mar. 24-26. The station is scheduled to broadcast two games of the NC State series (Mar. 31-Apr. 2), two games of the Duke series (Apr. 7-9), the entire Boston College series (Apr. 14-16), the Miami series (Apr. 21-23), the North Carolina series (May 12-14) and the Virginia Tech series (May 18-20). WINA will broadcast the Saturday game of the Maryland series (Apr. 29). Nonconference games scheduled on the station are Longwood (Apr. 12), VMI (Apr. 18) and Richmond (Apr. 26). Fans will also be able to listen to the 2006 ACC Tournament from the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville in Jacksonville, Fla., (May 24-28).
