Coastal Carolina Tournament Schedule Altered

CHARLOTTESVILLE – The Virginia baseball team opens the season this weekend as it heads to Coastal Carolina for the Springmaid Beach Resort Tournament. Due to concerns about weather, game times have been changed for each day of play. The first game each day will now start at 11:30 a.m. (previously noon) and the second game will remain at 3:30 p.m.

The Cavaliers will open Friday with an 11:30 a.m. game against Elon. Saturday’s game with North Florida remains at 3:30 p.m., while Sunday’s game against Coastal Carolina will also start at 11:30 a.m.
