CHARLOTTESVILLE — The 10th ranked Virginia men’s soccer team closes out the home portion of its 2007 conference schedule on Friday as it hosts No. 23 Duke. Game time at Klckner Stadium is set for 7 p.m. and the match will be broadcast live online by ACC Select.

The Cavaliers (9-3-2, 1-2-2 ACC) are looking to even their conference record. Virginia has dropped its last two ACC matches, both by 2-1 scores, at Clemson and against Boston College. In its last game, Virginia topped Liberty 3-0 on Tuesday at Klckner Stadium. Yannick Reyering (Mettingen, Germany) had first career hat trick in the game and now leads the ACC with 12 goals on the season.

Duke (7-5-1, 2-3-1 ACC) enters the game looking to snap a four game winless streak (0-3-1). On Tuesday, the Blue Devils tied Virginia Tech 1-1 in Durham. Mike Grella and Paul Dudley lead Duke with seven goals each.

Virginia closes out its five game homestand and the home portion of its regular season schedule on Tuesday, October 30 as it hosts Mercer. Game time at Klckner Stadium is set for 7 p.m.
