Wilmington, N.C. The 25th-ranked Virginia women’s golf team will enter Sunday’s final round of play at The Landfall Tradition in Wilmington in fourth place with a 36-hole total of 592. The Cavaliers shot 14-over 302 during Saturday’s second round after opening with a 290.

Virginia’s Lene Krog is in fourth place at even par 144. She shot 1-over 73 Saturday. Calle Nielson is in eighth place at 146. She had a 76 during the second round after opening with a 70.

UVa’s Jennie Arseneault is 17th at 150, Kristen Simpson is 23rd at 152 and Whitney Neuhauser is 30th at 154.

Purdue’s Christel Boeljon holds a one-shot lead at 4-under 140 heading into the final round.

The final round of the tournament will take place Sunday.
