Rowing Novices Compete On Saturday

CHARLOTTESVILLEThe Virginia rowing team’s novices compete against novice crews from Georgetown and George Washington on Saturday (Nov. 3) at the Rivanna Reservoir. The regatta is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m.

On Nov. 11, Virginia will host the Rivanna Romp at the Rivanna Reservoir. The regatta is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. with teams from Georgetown, Miami, Ohio State, Tennessee, Texas and host Virginia expected to compete.

The Cavaliers opened their fall season with a strong showing at the Princeton Chase on Oct. 28.
