Family Day Ticket Packages Available For Three ACC Games

CHARLOTTESVILLE Family Day ticket packages will be available beginning Monday, Jan. 19 at 9 a.m. for Virginia’s home Atlantic Coast Conference men’s basketball games against Clemson (Sunday, Feb. 15), Wake Forest (Saturday, Feb. 28) and Maryland (Saturday, March 7) at John Paul Jones Arena. The Family Day packages for these three games include four tickets, four hot dogs, four 22-ounce sodas and four popcorns for $96. Additional tickets may be added at $24 each.

“We’re committed to providing creative ticket options to our fans,” said Virginia Director of Athletics Craig Littlepage. “More than 1,800 Family Day tickets were sold for the men’s basketball game against Auburn last month and we received positive feedback from our fans about the initial four-game offer. We’re pleased to provide the Family Day package for three weekend home games against ACC opponents.”

The Family Day package may be purchased online at VirginiaSports.com beginning at 9 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 19. Ticket packages may also be ordered beginning Tuesday, Jan. 20 by calling the UVa athletics ticket office at 1-800-542-8821 or 434/924-8821. Ticket packages may also be purchased at the athletics ticket office in Bryant Hall at Scott Stadium or the John Paul Jones Arena box office weekdays between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Single game tickets are also available for Virginia’s remaining home games this season.
