Entry Information: Please list team members on the enclosed entry form. Although there is no limit on number of entries, no additional entries will be accepted on the day of the meet. All entries must be received by noon on Monday, October 10, 2011.

An entry fee of $100 per team (men’s and women’s teams are separate), payable to “UVA Track & Field,” can be mailed with your entry form or delivered on the day of the meet.

Open/Unattached Entry: Unattached athletes are welcome to compete. Email Meet Director (xcmeets@virginia.edu) for information. No open/unattached entries will be accepted on the day of the meet.

Panorama Farms Cross Country Course: Panorama Farms is a privately owned, 850 acre farm located off Earlysville Road, approximately six miles from the grounds of the University of Virginia. The courses are laid out entirely on rolling grass fields and are exceptionally spectator friendly. Panorama Farms was the site of the 2006 and 2007 ACC Cross Country Championships.

Facilities: No showers or dressing facilities will be available, portable restrooms will be available.

Team Scoring: According to NCAA rules.

Results: Results will be available at the conclusion of the meet. Official results will be posted on www.VirginiaSports.com.

Packet Pick-up and Final Declaration: Team packets may be picked up and final declarations made at the course on Friday.
