Men's Lacrosse Set to Scrimmage Hampden-Sydney Wednesday

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA—The University of Virginia’s men’s lacrosse program will open its fall scrimmage schedule by hosting Division III Hampden-Sydney at 7 p.m., Wednesday night, on the Turf Field behind University Hall.

UVa will be primarily using the 2010 roster’s younger players. UVa’s veterans will make their debut on Oct. 18, when the Cavaliers travel to Annapolis to face Navy and Team USA in a doubleheader.

Admission for Wednesday’s scrimmage is free.
