We’re adding a new feature to my page on VirginiaSports.com: a mailbag that will be updated each week.

Let’s say you want to better understand the principles of the Pack-Line defense that Tony Bennett has installed at U.Va.

Or you want to know why Mike London favors the 4-3 defense, or how volleyball star Simone Asque ended up at UVa, or how much time women’s soccer player Morgan Stith spent with her cousins Jamie and Darren Sharper when she was growing up.

Whatever your questions for — or about — coaches, student-athletes or athletics administrators at the University, send them to me at jwhite@virginia.edu. I’ll do my best to get them answered.

Most answers will be posted in written form, but some will be videotaped and added to the Cavalier News Beat page.

Coming out of the fall, UVa is second in the Directors’ Cup competition, so there should be plenty to talk about. I look forward to hearing from you and launching Cavalier Mailbag.
