UVa Golfers Return to Hootie at Bulls Bay

Charlottesville, VA — The No. 18 Virginia men’s golf team opens play Sunday at the Hootie at Bulls Bay Tournament being held March 28-30 at Bulls Bay Golf Club in Awendaw, S.C.
The field for this year’s tournament features the College of Charleston, South Carolina, Wake Forest, Kentucky, Central Florida, Auburn, Duke, East Tennessee State, Clemson, North Carolina State, Augusta State, Louisiana State, Chattanooga, and Long Beach State.

The Virginia roster includes Ben Kohles, Kyle Stough, Will Collins, Steven Rojas and Amory Davis. Gregor Orlando will compete as an individual. The Cavaliers, featuring that same lineup, were third at the Schenkel E-Z-GO Invitational in their last event of the spring season. Virginia has placed in the top five at all seven of its tournaments this season.

Last year Virginia finished second at the tournament led by Will Collins’ fourth-place finish.
