Charlottesville, VA – The Virginia football program and head coach Mike London will host its inaugural Ladies Night Football 101 Women’s Clinic on Sunday, June 13. The two-hour clinic is scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. at the McCue Center. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m.

Parking is available in the East Lot of the McCue Center. Due to the NCAA baseball Super Regional taking place at Davenport Field, there is a $5 charge for parking.

The clinic, hosted by Virginia’s first-year coach and members of his staff, will cover offense, defense and special teams. It will include a rules review and equipment demonstration. The event will also feature a facilities tour and meet and greet with the Cavalier football staff.

“The clinic will be a fun, relaxing and informative way for women who want to learn more about football so when they are watching a game, they have a better understanding of what is happening,” London said. “We will cover a lot of general topics and our goal is for the participants to leave with a much better understanding of the game. It is another way for us to reach out to people in our community.”
