Tailgate: ‘Hooville 519
Location: Fontaine Parking Lot
Deer Medallions
1-2 lbs venison (loin/roast), sliced to be grilled
2 cups Italian dressing
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cloves galic (sliced/minced)
1 large onion (thickly sliced)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
Combine all ingredients into a Ziploc bag and marinate. Grill meat and serve. Cooks Note: Dry ingredients are to taste. These are just suggested measurements.
