CHARLOTTESVILLE — Two members of the Virginia men’s tennis team won singles titles at the UVa Fall Classic, as play in the opening tournament of the fall concluded Sunday at the Snyder Tennis Center. Philippe Oudshoorn (Apeldoorn, The Netherlands) won the orange singles draw title, while Brian Fang (Hacienda Heights, Calif.) won the black singles draw title.

In the orange final, Oudshoorn rallied for a 2-6, 6-4, 7-6 win over Riki McLachlan of California. Fang also won his title in a third set breaker, topping Parul Verma of Eastern Kentucky 6-3, 4-6, 7-6 in the black final.

The Cavaliers return to action in two weeks when they host the UVa Ranked Plus One Invitational.
