CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.
– 2011 Virginia baseball season tickets and 10-game mini packages are on sale now. Virginia’s 36-game home schedule features weekend series against East Carolina and ACC foes Duke, Florida State, Maryland, Miami and NC State.

Reserved Seat season tickets are $200 for adults and $175 for youth, seniors, and UVa faculty and staff and initially only available to renewing 2010 season ticket holders. Reserved Bleacher season tickets are $175 for adults and $150 for youth, seniors, and UVa faculty and staff. The entire grandstand will be reserved seating for the 2011 season.

General Admission seating for the 2011 season is available in the first baseline bleachers, the left and right field bleachers, and on the hillside along the left field line. General Admission season tickets are $100 for adults and $75 for youth, seniors, and UVa faculty and staff.

2010 Virginia baseball season ticket holders should expect to receive their ticket renewal application in the mail during the week of November 15 or may renew their season tickets online by logging into their individual ticket account at VirginiaSports.com/tickets.

A three-month payment plan is available to fans that purchase season tickets by the Dec. 10 priority ordering deadline.

The 10-Game Mini Package offers fans the opportunity to choose the 10 games that best fit their schedule. A Reserved Bleacher mini-package is $60 while a General Admission mini-package is $40.

Single game tickets will go on sale Feb. 1. Single game tickets for all Tuesday and Wednesday Virginia baseball games will be $6 for Reserved Seat/Bleacher and $5 for Reserved Seat/Bleacher sold to UVa faculty and staff. General Admission tickets are $5 for adults, and $4 sold to youth, seniors, and UVa faculty and staff. Single game tickets for all Friday, Saturday, and Sunday baseball games will be $10 for Reserved Seat/Bleacher and $8 for Reserved Seat/Bleacher sold to UVa faculty and staff. General Admission tickets are $8 for adults, and $6 sold to youth, seniors, and UVa faculty and staff for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday games.

Fans can purchase tickets online at VirginiaSports.com or through the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office in Bryant Hall at Scott Stadium. The ticket office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. for in-person or telephone purchases. Telephone purchases can be made by calling 1-800-542-UVA1 (8821) or locally at 434-924-UVA1 (8821).
