New York Jets (2-1)
 OT D’Brickashaw Ferguson helped the Jets offense gain 289 total yards (219 rushing/70 passing) in New York’s 24-19 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Jets finished the regular season 11-5 and earned one of the AFC’s wild card berths. In the playoffs, New York went on the road to beat both Indianapolis and New England, before falling at Pittsburgh in the AFC Championship Game.

Pittsburgh Steelers (2-0)
 TE Heath Miller had two receptions for 38 yards in Pittsburgh’s 24-10 victory over the New York Jets. LB James Farrior recorded five tackles. The Steelers will face the Green Bay Packers in Super Bowl XLV. This will be Pittsburgh’s eighth Super Bowl appearance, tying them with the Dallas Cowboys for most all-time.
