CHARLOTTESVILLE – The No. 18 Virginia women’s tennis team will conclude the home portion of its regular season schedule this weekend as it hosts a pair of ACC foes. The Cavaliers host No. 30 NC State on Friday at noon and No. 52 Wake Forest on Saturday at noon.

Both matches are scheduled to be played outdoors at the Snyder Tennis Center. Inclement weather could force the matches to be moved indoors to the Boar’s Head Sports Club. Check VirginiaSports.com for the latest information on the location of the matches.

Saturday’s match will feature free pizza and Pepsi products for all fans, starting at noon while supplies last. The match will also feature a bounce house and face painting for kids and there will be a post-match kids clinic with the team.

The Cavaliers (14-6, 3-4) are 9-2 at home this season. They are coming off a pair of close road losses to top-five teams last week, falling 4-3 at No. 3 North Carolina and 5-2 at No. 4 Duke. The Wolfpack (11-6, 2-5) has its highest ranking of the season this week at No. 30. The Demon Deacons (6-10, 0-7) and Cavaliers have already met once this season, with Virginia winning a non-conference match 5-2 on Jan. 29 in Winston-Salem.
