UVa's Corrigan named ACC Cross Country Performer of the Week

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Senior Anna Corrigan was named the ACC Women’s Cross Country Performer of the Week, as announced today by the league office.

Corrigan led No. 17 Virginia to a first place finish at this past weekend’s Lou Onesty Open in Charlottesville, Va. The Burke, Va., senior captured individual honors, completing the 5k course in 18:04.50, placing her 8.5 seconds ahead of teammate Kathleen Stevens. Corrigan helped pace UVa’s perfect 15 point finish, helping the Cavaliers to the team victory.
