LOS ANGELES — Virginia senior Emily Fraser (Rye, N.Y.) advanced to the main draw of the ITA All-American Championships with her third qualifying win Wednesday at the Riviera Country Club. Fraser upset second-seeded Jillian O’Neill, the No. 21-ranked player in the nation, 3-6, 6-3, 6-4 in the final round of qualifying.

The Cavaliers now have two singles players and two doubles teams in the main draw, which begins Thursday. Lindsey Hardenbergh (Fairfax Station, Va.) was given direct entry to the main draw on the basis of her ranking, as were the doubles teams of Hardenbergh and Erin Vierra (Norwell, Mass.) and Fraser and Hana Tomljanovic (Boca Raton, Fla.).
