WINA 1070-AM to Feature Baseball from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday at Outback

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Virginia baseball head coach Brian O’Connor will appear live from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday on a special coach’s show on WINA Radio’s Best Seat in the House program. The program will originate from Outback Steakhouse in Charlottesville and can be heard on 1070-AM in the Charlottesville area and online by clicking here. Fans are invited to attend.

WINA also will broadcast Game 3 of the Orange and Blue World Series live at 1070-AM. The online broadcast can be accessed by clicking the link above.

O’Connor will discuss the baseball team’s fall season during the Tuesday program and also will look ahead to the remainder of the Orange and Blue World Series, including the Friday night Game 4 which includes the presentation of the ACC Championship and College World Series rings to the 2011 team. The ring ceremony will begin at 6 p.m. Friday and include most of the players – past and present – from that team.

There also will be prizes and giveaways for fans attending the show on Tuesday night.
