CHARLOTTESVILLE – The Virginia men’s tennis team concluded play on Tuesday at the ITA Atlantic Regional with a pair of runner-up finishes at the Snyder Tennis Center. Jarmere Jenkins (College Park, Ga.) lost in the singles final, while Drew Courtney (Clifton, Va.) and Julen Uriguen (Guatemala City, Guatemala) lost in the doubles final.

Jenkins, the top seed, fell short in his quest for a third consecutive regional singles title, falling to Jamie Whiteford of William & Mary 6-3, 6-3.

In doubles, the third-seeded duo of Courtney and Uriguen lost to top-seeded Maros Horny and John Collins of Maryland, 6-3, 7-6(5).
