Day 2 Recap Virginia held its first practice in Atlanta, working out for two hours in the Georgia Dome during the afternoon. The Cavaliers then joined the Auburn team for a visit to the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic Site later in the afternoon. UVa next headed to dinner at the Sal Grosso Brazilian Steakhouse. The visit to the Sal Grosso Brazilian Steakhouse was part of the Chick-fil-A Bowl’s “Battle for Bowl Week” competition. The staff at Sal Grosso’s measured the amount of protein each team consumed during thier visit (Auburn had lunch there Tuesday). The Cavaliers came away the winners to take a 2-0 lead in the “Battle for Bowl Week” after winning the free throw shooting competition Monday at Dave & Busters.
