Virginia-William and Mary Game Moved to 3 p.m. Wednesday
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Virginia baseball game against William and Mary, scheduled for 3 p.m. Tuesday, has been moved to 3 p.m. Wednesday because of field conditions following the snowfall yesterday at Davenport Field.
The men’s lacrosse game with VMI, scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday at Klöckner Stadium, will be played as scheduled.
Fans may bring their tickets to the Davenport Field gate for the same seat on Wednesday, exchange their tickets in advance for a General Admission ticket to any other regular season game by calling the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office at (800) 542-8821 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., or bring their ticket stubs to the gate for General Admission seating at any remaining regular season home game, subject to seat availability at the time of arrival.
The $2 Tuesdays promotion will be honored at the Wednesday game. $2 sodas and hot dogs will be available at the concessions stands.
Parking for the contest will be available in the University Hall lots. No parking will be available in the John Paul Jones Arena lots because of the Celtic Woman – Believe show Wednesday evening.
Tickets remain available at the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office. Customers may purchase tickets by logging on to VirginiaSports.com, calling (800) 542-UVA1 or by visiting the ticket office in Bryant Hall during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tickets will also be sold at the Davenport Field ticket windows beginning two hours prior to each home game.
