Weather Prompts More Changes to Weekend Baseball Schedule

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Because of inclement weather Friday, the schedule for the Virginia Tournament this weekend at Davenport Field including Virginia, Seton Hall and Wright State has been altered again.
The Virginia-Wright State game, scheduled for 3 p.m. Friday, has been cancelled and will not be made up. UVa now will play Seton Hall at 3 p.m. Saturday and Wright State at approximately 6 p.m. Saturday.
As previously scheduled, Wright State and Seton Hall will play at 11 a.m. Sunday and Virginia will face Seton Hall at 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
The updated schedule:
Saturday, 3 p.m.: Virginia vs. Seton Hall
Saturday, 6 p.m.: Virginia vs. Wright State
Sunday, 11 a.m.: Wright State vs. Seton Hall
Sunday, 2:30 p.m.: Virginia vs. Seton Hall
Tickets originally purchased for the Saturday session will be valid for the two games that day. The Sunday schedule is unchanged and tickets purchased for that session are only valid on that day.
Fans with tickets for the Friday or Saturday sessions who are unable to attend those days may: (a) exchange their ticket in advance for a General Admission ticket to any other regular season game by calling the Virginia Athletic Ticket Office at (800) 542-8821 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., or (b) bring their ticket stubs to the gate for General Admission seating at any remaining regular season home game, subject to seat availability at the time of arrival.
Tickets can be ordered by phone at (800) 542-8821 and online at VirginiaSports.com. Advance ticket sales online end three hours prior to each game. Parking will be available in the University Hall and John Paul Jones Arena lots.
General Admission seating is available in the left- and right-field bleachers as well as the grass hillside and the bleachers located along the right-field line. Weekend General Admission tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for youth (18 and under), seniors (60 and older) and faculty/staff (limit two per faculty/staff). Advance ticket sales online end four hours prior to the game.
Reserved tickets, if available, are $10 for adults and $6 for UVa faculty/staff, and will be sold beginning two hours prior to the game at the Davenport Field ticket windows. General Admission ticket holders may also upgrade to Reserved seating for $4 per ticket, subject to availability.
