CHARLOTTESVILLE – Today’s (Friday, March 2) women’s tennis match between Virginia and VCU has been moved indoors to the Boar’s Head Sports Club. The match will begin at 2 p.m.

The move is due to the increased probability of rain this afternoon. By moving the match indoors, it will allow the match to be completed in one location without interruption.

Virginia is 9-2 this season and ranked a school-record No. 6 in this week’s ITA rankings. VCU is ranked No. 42 nationally after a 9-3 start to the season.

Admission to all Virginia tennis home matches is free.
