CHARLOTTESVILLE – The fourth-ranked Virginia men’s tennis team returns home this weekend to host a pair of ACC foes at the Snyder Tennis Center. The Cavaliers host Wake Forest on Friday at 3 p.m., and No. 33 NC State on Sunday at 1 p.m.

Admission to all home Virginia tennis matches is free. Sunday’s match against NC State is also Cavman’s Crew Day, as there will be inflatable games and other youth activities.

The Cavaliers (15-1, 5-0 ACC) enter the weekend on an eight-match win streak after road wins last week at No. 6 Duke and No. 20 North Carolina. Those victories ran Virginia’s ACC win streak to 83 consecutive matches, dating back to 2006, extending its conference record.

Wake Forest (9-10, 0-4 ACC) is looking for its first ACC win of the season. The Demon Deacons are led by first-year head coach Tony Bresky, who served eight seasons (2003-10) as an assistant coach at Virginia. NC State (15-5, 1-3 ACC) is coming off a 4-3 loss at Florida State, the only other team in the ACC (besides Virginia) undefeated in conference play. The Wolfpack plays at Virginia Tech on Friday before visiting Charlottesville on Sunday.

Free parking for fans is available at the Culbreth Parking Garage.
