Charlottesville, Va. – Single-game ticket sales for Virginia’s seven 2012 home football games begin Friday, July 20 at 9 a.m. online at VirginiaSports.com. Fans can purchase tickets in-person or by telephone beginning Monday, July 23 at 9 a.m.Single-game tickets for six of the seven 2012 home Virginia football games are offered at four price levels. Tickets to the games against Richmond (Sept. 1) and Louisiana Tech (Sept. 29) are available for $19, $22, $33, and $40. Tickets to the ACC home games against Maryland (Oct. 13 – Homecomings), Wake Forest (Oct. 20), Miami (Nov. 10) and North Carolina (Nov. 15) are available for $25, $32, $45, and $50. All tickets to the home game against Penn State (Sept. 8) are $70.

Family packages are offered for $76 or $88 for the games with Richmond and Louisiana Tech, and for $100 or $128 for the Cavaliers’ home games against Maryland and Wake Forest. The family package includes four upper level end zone tickets, four hot dogs and four 22-ounce Pepsi soft drinks.

Lower level tickets to Virginia’s home game against Penn State are only available through the purchase of a season ticket or three-game mini-package.

The Orange & Blue and Kickoff three-game mini-packages are on sale now and are available at three price levels. The Orange & Blue Package includes tickets to the games against Penn State, Louisiana Tech, and Wake Forest for $115, $135, and $145. The Kickoff Package includes the match-ups with Richmond, Maryland, and Miami for $79, $115, and $130.

Season tickets remain on sale at four price levels: $140, $160, $190, and $285 including priority sideline seating with additional per seat donation for all seven 2012 Virginia football home games. There are a limited number of seats available for UVa faculty and staff and UVa young alumni at a special rate of $112 per season ticket.

Virginia’s 2012 season opener against Richmond on Saturday, Sept. 1 will kickoff at 3 p.m. The Cavaliers’ game with Penn State on Sept. 8 will begin at noon and UVa’s game at Georgia Tech on Sept. 15 will kickoff at 3:30 p.m. Virginia’s last home game against North Carolina on Thursday, Nov. 15 will start at 7:30 p.m. Start times for the remainder of UVa’s 2012 schedule will be announced during the season.

Fans can purchase single-game tickets online at VirginiaSports.com starting at 9 a.m. on Friday, July 20. In-person or telephone purchases begin Monday, July 23 at 9 a.m. by calling 1-800-542-UVA1 (8821) or locally at 434-924-UVA1 (8821) or in-person at the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office in Bryant Hall at Scott Stadium.
