CHARLOTTESVILLE – The men’s tennis match between No. 1 Virginia and No. 25 Wake Forest in Winston-Salem has been moved to Saturday due to the forecast of rain on Friday. The Cavaliers and Demon Deacons will meet Saturday at noon at the Wake Forest Tennis Complex.

The Cavaliers (15-0, 4-0 ACC) are the only remaining undefeated team in ACC play. They enter the weekend riding a 97-match win streak against conference opposition, dating back to 2006. The Demon Deacons have won three straight conference matches and are 14-5 overall and 3-1 in the ACC this season. Wake Forest is led by head coach Tony Bresky, who spent eight years at Virginia as an assistant coach and associate head coach.

Virginia closes out the road trip on Sunday as it visits No. 36 NC State. Match time at the J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center in Raleigh is 1 p.m. The Wolfpack are 12-6 overall and 5-1 in the ACC. They enter their Friday match with Virginia Tech on a five-match winning streak.
