CHARLOTTESVILLE – The top-ranked Virginia men’s tennis team concludes its regular season schedule this weekend as it plays a pair of matches in Florida. The Cavaliers visit No. 30 Florida State on Friday at 3 p.m. and No. 55 Miami on Sunday at 11 a.m.

The Cavaliers (19-0, 8-0 ACC) will look for its 11th consecutive 20-win season on Friday as they visit the Seminoles. A victory in Tallahassee would also clinch at least a share of the ACC regular season title for Virginia, its 10th consecutive title. With a pair of wins on the trip, the Cavaliers would go through the ACC regular season undefeated for the seventh straight year and the eighth time in the past nine years.

Florida State is 17-7 overall and 4-4 in the ACC. The Seminoles have won three of their last four matches and are 13-2 at home this season. Miami enters the weekend with a 13-10 record and a 2-6 mark in the ACC. The Hurricanes, who have lost five of their last six matches, host Virginia Tech on Friday before welcoming the Cavaliers.

The ACC Tournament will be held next weekend at the Cary Tennis Park in Cary, N.C. Virginia has already clinched a first round bye and will begin play on Friday in the quarterfinals. The Cavaliers are searching for their seventh straight ACC Championship and their ninth in the past 10 years.
