CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.–Season and single-match tickets for Virginia volleyball home matches are now on sale through the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office. Season tickets for adults are $30, while youth, senior and UVa faculty/staff season tickets are $20. Season ticket holders have access to a reserved general admission courtside seating area.

Virginia returns 11 letterwinners and five starters from the 2012 campaign in addition to welcoming a recruiting class ranked No. 12 nationally. UVa will host 16 matches at Memorial Gymnasium, including two tournaments. The Cavaliers’ home opener is against Marshall on Aug. 30 at 7 p.m. Virginia will host 10 Atlantic Coast Conference games, including contests against new conference members Syracuse (Oct. 11), Notre Dame (Oct. 27) and Pittsburgh (Nov. 29).

The team will hold its annual Orange-Blue scrimmage on Saturday, Aug. 24 at 6 p.m. Admission to this event is free. Fans will have the opportunity to meet the team after the scrimmage and season ticket holders will receive a complimentary lunch.

For a single match, general admission tickets are $5 and are valid for admission to bleacher seating and standing areas. Youth, senior and faculty/staff general admission tickets are $4 and group tickets (20 or more) are $3 per ticket. Discounted tickets for UVa faculty/staff members are limited to four per match.

In-person sales can be made at the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office in Bryant Hall at Scott Stadium on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Telephone purchases can be made by calling 1-800-542-UVA1 (8821) or locally at 434-924-UVA1 (8821).
