Browns Summit, N.C. – The Virginia women’s golf team is tied for 10th place entering Sunday’s final round of play at the Bryan National Collegiate in Browns Summit, N.C. Playing in a light rain, the Cavaliers shot 10-over 298 during Saturday’s competition. UVa stands at 24-over 600 after the first two days. Duke continues to lead the field 6-over 582.

UVa senior Portland Rosen shot 4-over 76 and dropped back to 11th overall at 2-over 146. Lauren Coughlin is in 37th place at 151 and Lauren Diaz-Yi is 42nd at 152. Elizabeth Brightwell and Briana Mao are tied for 48th at 153. Both Coughlin and Diaz-Yi led Virginia during the second round with scores of 1-over 73. Brightwell and Mao both shot 76 during the second round.

The final round of the tournament is scheduled to get underway at 8:30 a.m. Sunday with a shotgun start. Live scoring is online at
