CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.–Virginia volleyball head coach Dennis Hohenshelt announced March 9 the Cavaliers’ spring schedule. UVa will play in three tournaments, including one event at Memorial Gymnasium.

The Cavaliers will host a tournament with Liberty and James Madison on Saturday, March 21. Admission to UVa’s home tournament at Memorial Gymnasium will be free of charge.

“I am really happy with how we as a team have attacked spring this year,” rising senior Natalie Bausback said. “This weekend is the time to make our hard work pay off. We are all excited to compete together as a team again and compete in front of our fans.”

“We are super excited for the opportunity to compete against other teams and see our fans in Mem gym this weekend,” rising senior Lauren Fuller said. “Spring has been tough, but we have all been working hard and we now look forward to seeing all of our hard work pay off.”

Virginia travels March 28 to Virginia Beach, Va., for the Endless Summer Collegiate Tournament at theTidewater Volleyball Center. The team will play four matches, including two against ACC foes, Duke and NC State.

Two weeks later, UVa will play in a tourney hosted by the Richmond Volleyball Club in Richmond, Va., on April 11.

10:30 a.m. – Virginia vs. Liberty
11:45 a.m. – Liberty vs. JMU
1 p.m. – Virginia vs. JMU

Endless Summer Collegiate TournamentSchedule (March 28)
10 a.m. – Virginia vs.Hampton
12 p.m. – Virginia vs. Duke
2 p.m. – Virginia vs.NC State
4 p.m. – Virginia vs. VCU
