CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The NCAA Charlottesville Super Regional baseball tournament is sold out. Virginia will meet Maryland in a best-of-three series, which will run Friday through Sunday (June 5-7) at UVa’s Davenport Field. The teams will play at 4 p.m. Friday and 3 p.m. Saturday. If necessary, Game 3 of the series will be contested at 3 p.m. Sunday.

Virginia is hosting a super regional for the fifth time in the last sixth years (2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015). UVa has sold out the super regional in advance of the tournament’s first day in all five instances.

The University Hall, John Paul Jones Arena and McCue Center parking lots are paid parking areas during the Super Regional. Game day parking will be $5 and only cash will be accepted at the entrances to the parking lots.

Parking will be free throughout the tournament in the Emmet/Ivy Garage.

Gates at Davenport Field will open one hour prior to first pitch each day.

Games 1 and 2 will air on ESPNU, while Game 3 is slated to air on either ESPN2 or ESPN. WINA 1070-AM will carry the local radio broadcast for all super regional games, while select stations across the Virginia Sports Radio Network also will pick up the broadcasts.
