@SBJSBD Finds Hidden TreasureÂ
A popular segment in the weekly Street & Smith’s SportsBusiness Journal is a look at a noted sports figure’s office with a guide to some of their belongings and momentos. In the Dec. 6 issue, the magazine visit’s golf legend Arnold Palmer’s home office in Latrobe, Pa. One of the rare non-golf items in his work space is a signed football from his favorite Pittsburgh Steelers, who train at nearby Saint Vincent College. The player who signed the ball? At the Mutual of Omaha Duel in the Pool over the weekend, Virginia’s Courtney Bartholomew and Leah Smith helped lead Team USA to a team win over Europe’s best. Bartholomew was part of a world record in the 4x100m medley relay and set a new American record en route to winning the 100m backstroke. Ch
