Sophomore Katharine Patrick (Houston, Texas) continues to pace the Virginia women’s golf team at the Allstate Sugar Bowl Intercollegiate in New Orleans, La. She shot 3-over 75 on Monday for a 36-hole total of 1-over 145. She finished the round in 19th place.

Virginia stayed in 17th place after shooting 311 during the second round. UVA’s two-day total is 618. Stanford leads the field at 571.

The Cavaliers other second-round scores included a 77 by freshman Julia Ford (Shrewsbury, Mass.), a 79 by junior Maho Hayakawa (Lake Mary, Fla.) and 80s by sophomore Anna Redding (Concord, N.C.) and an senior Lauren Diaz-Yi.

Ford is in 68th place at 155 while Hayakawa is 72nd at 157. Redding is 82nd at 161 and Diaz-Yi is 84th at 162.

The tournament wraps up Tuesday.
