Hoos a Champion

Congratulations to former #UVAWBB guard Ariana Moorer who helped lead her Keflavík team to the Icelandic Premier League Championship and was named the MVP. Moorer had 29 points and 19 rebounds in the title game. She averaged 17 points and 10.5 rebounds per game as a starter for the squad this season! Way to go, Ari!!!!! WAHOOWA!!!!

Former #UVAFH player Carissa Vittese  has been named to the roster of the U.S. Women’s National Team after being promoted from the U.S. Women’s National Development Squad this week. She joins her sister and fellow Cavalier, two-time Olympian Michelle Vittese, on the squad. The youngest Vittese sister, current UVA junior and two-time National Player of the Year Tara Vittese, is the captain of the junior national team.
