Former #UVAFH running back Taquan Mizzell was the story of the Baltimore Ravens’ preseason game on Saturday night against Buffalo. Mizzell, who was undrafted but signed a free agent contract with Baltimore, caught all six passes thrown in his direction for 54 yards, including the team’s only touchdown in the third quarter. Since it was a preseason game, the touch down does not technically count in the stat books, but it definitely counts to Mizzell, who talks about this moment “that I will never forget for the rest of my life,” as his “first NFL TD, I couldn’t be any happier” in this article by Edward Lee in The Capital Gazette that breaks down Mizzell’s standout game.
