World Series Hoos

Former #UVABase standout Derek Fisher scored the winning run for the Houston Astros in Game 5 of the World Series on Sunday night. Fisher came in as a pinch runner in the 10th inning, scoring on a hit  by Alex Bregman to lift his team over the Dodgers. Former

Former #UVAMBB star Justin Anderson was in Houston for the game, catching up with both Fisher and former #UVABase star Chris Taylor, who currently plays for the Dodgers. Taylor had the game-tying hit in the ninth inning to send the game to extras.
