#UVAWres redshirt freshman Louie Hayes took first place at the Clarion Open this past weekend at the 125-pound weight class, going undefeated on the way to the championship. His 5-0 performance, which included a win over No. 19 Jake Gromacki, caught eyes around the country. With his performance, Hayes was mentioned by The Open Mat as one of the top 10 performances of the weekend, drawing comparisons to UVA sophomore All-American Jack Mueller.

A trio of former #UVAWSoccer players reunited over the weekend while competing in the Australian W-League. Makenzy Doniak, Emily Sonnett and Danielle Colaprico are all competing in the league with Colaprico and Doniak playing for the Adelaide United Women and Sonnett playing with Sydney FC.
