#InternationalHoos
The NCAA soccer season may be over, but that doesn’t mean several Hoos aren’t still playing on a big stage. Three members of the Virginia women’s soccer team headed south to Florida to compete with the U-20 US WNT in the Nike Friendlies against England, Finland and Brazil. Sophomore midfielder/defender Zoe Morse, freshman forward/midfielder Taryn Torres and freshman goalkeeper Laurel Ivory all represented UVA and the United States in the games. The squad went 1-1-1 and Taryn Torres helped the US Team to a 10-1 win over Finland with a great goal.
