“We are excited to get the 2018 season underway,” head coach Julie Myers said. “We will play one of the toughest regular-season schedules in country by facing 13 NCAA tournament teams, including all four Final Four teams, during our 17-game regular season. We will look to our fourth year leadership to set the tone and to our roster of 34 to compete at the highest level where winning the Atlantic Coast Conference and a NCAA Championship remains our target.”

UVA will open the season with two home games. The Cavaliers host Elon on Saturday, Feb. 17 at Klöckner Stadium to begin the season and Richmond on Wednesday, Feb. 21. UVA’s home slate also includes William & Mary (Feb. 28), Syracuse (March 4), North Carolina (March 10), James Madison (March 21), Canisius College (March 28), Boston College (March 31) and Penn State (April 7).
