Comeback Hoo

Another #UVABase standout, Danny Hultzen, has signed with the Chicago Cubs. Hultzen is the highest Virginia player ever selected in the MLB draft after being taken second overall in 2011, but has battled injuries throughout his professional career. He recently completed his bachelor’s degree at Virginia and spent most of the winter working out at Davenport Field in hopes of making a comeback.
