UVA’s Black Student Alliance, Muslim Student Association and Third Year Council hosted former NBA player Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf for a talk on the pivotal role race and religion played on his career as a professional athlete. Current Virginia student-athletes Jack Salt, Isaiah Wilkins, Marco Anthony, Charles Snowden III and Wina Jana went to the session and had the opportunity to meet and chat with Abdul-Rauf.
