Hoos in the Kitchen
Melissa Palombi, the administrative assistant in the UVA sports promotions and marketing department, has published a book called Hoos in the Kitchen after spending the last two years collecting recipes and personal stories from entrepreneurs and restaurateurs with ties to the University. Our favorite recipe, “Fancy” French Onion Soup, a contribution from voice of the Cavaliers Dave Koehn. Read more about the project in this article from the Daily Progress by Melissa Castro.

`#UVAMBB associate head coach Ron Sanchez is moving on from the orange & blue to the green & gold as he was named as the head coach of the Charlotte 49ers. He has been a member of Tony Bennett’s coaching staff for 12 years, coaching with Bennett at both Washington State and Virginia.
