CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – No. 9 Virginia hosts No. 10 Princeton in its lone home regatta on Saturday, April 21.

Admission to Virginia rowing home regattas is free to the public. Fans can follow race results on Twitter at @UVaRowing.

The Cavaliers will have seven crews – Varsity Eight, Varsity Four, Second Varsity Eight, Second Varsity Four, Third Varsity Eight, Fourth Varsity Eight and Fifth Varsity Eight – competing in five races in the head-to-head regatta against Princeton.

Virginia will honor its senior class in a brief ceremony following the regatta. Final results from the regatta will be published on VirginiaSports.com.

UVA placed second at the Clemson Invitational on April 14. The Second Varsity Eight collected a win with a time of 6:17.57. The Cavaliers added a second-place finish in the Second Varsity Four (7:16.58) and third-place finishes in the Varsity Eight (6:16.20) and Varsity Four (7:07.92). The Cavaliers placed fifth in the Third Varsity Eight (6:40.32).

The Cavaliers return to action on Saturday, April 28 at the Longhorn Invite in Austin, Texas.

From South: Take 29 north to I-64 to exit 129; go right on 616 for 6 miles. Then go right 600 for 1.5 miles. Then go right on 618 for one mile to the Lake Monticello Gate on the left. The lake is 1/4 mile straight ahead.

From North: Take 29 south to Rt. 250 (Richmond exit). Stay on 250 to I-64 East (Richmond). Take I-64 E. to exit 129; go right on 616 for 6 miles. Then go right on 600 for 1.5 miles. Then go right on 618 for one mile to the Lake Monticello. Gate on the left. The lake is 1/4 mile straight ahead.
